Joe Gorman
Chief Executive Officer
SageHome Brands Chief Executive Officer Joe Gorman has held leadership positions in a variety of Home Service and Retail companies. Prior to joining SageHome Brands, Joe was the Chief Operating Officer for Barnes & Noble while transitioning the company from Public to Private. Prior to that role, Joe served as the Chief Operating Officer for General Nutrition centers where he ran both the US and Canadian Divisions, Franchise Operations and Real Estate.
During his time at Home Depot, Joe held a variety of roles including the Operations of the Home Services group. Joe has also led a private national flooring and closet installation company for 4 years after leaving Home Depot. He has additionally held leadership roles at GameStop and founded his own apparel company. Joe has been with SageHome Brands since the inception.
Chris McGeary
Chief Marketing Officer
Chris McGeary is the Chief Marketing Officer at SageHome Brands. Chris comes to Sage with over 25 years of marketing experience in the home service, finance and technology sectors.
Before joining SageHome Brands, Chris lead enterprise-wide marketing for Happinest, a home service franchise platform comprised of five brands – Lawn Doctor, Sparkle Squad, Elite Window Cleaning, Ecomaids and Mosquito Hunters. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in unifying and enhancing lead generation and branding strategy across the franchise network and building out their data analytics and business intelligence platform.
Chris’ experience also includes senior marketing roles at JP Morgan, in both their mortgage business and within Chase Bank. In addition, Chris served as Vice President of National Advertising for Century 21 supporting their ~1,500 offices and ~110K sales associates nationally. Chris began his career at AT&T holding several different roles within their Marketing and Product Management Division.
Chris holds a marketing degree from Rutgers University and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
John Nettina
Chief Operations Officer
John Nettina is the Chief Operations Officer at SageHome Brands. John comes to SageHome Brands with over 30 years’ experience in Direct-To-Consumer Customer Care and In-Home Services, and has served in various financial and C-Suite roles.
Prior to joining SageHome Brands, John was CEO of Installs LLC. Upon merger with North American Logistics Group (now CRST Home Services), John was appointed CFO and President of the Installation Services Division of the combined group. CRST Home Services provides final-mile delivery and complex in-home installation services to the customers of larger retail such as Best Buy, Lowes, Sony, Samsung, IKEA, and Wayfair.
John was also Director and VP of Finance of Clientlogic (now Foundever).
John began his career at Ernst & Young, LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Canisius University and is a CPA in the State of New York.
Martin Aubuchon
Chief People Officer
Martin Aubuchon is the Chief People Officer for SageHome Brands. Martin brings over 25 years of experience in the Human Resource field to SageHome Brands. He has extensive experience in leading initiatives centered around Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Most recently, Martin was a Director of Field Human Resources for GameStop, Inc., leading a Human Resources team in support of a market with over $1 Billion in annual sales, 8,000+ employees, and over 1000 retail locations.
Prior to his time with SageHome Brands and GameStop, Martin held various positions in Human Resources and Store Operations with Party City and Staples, the Office Superstore. Martin has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the College of Business and Economics, California State University, Fullerton.
Jennifer Witcher
Vice President of Inside Sales
Jennifer Witcher is the Vice President of Inside Sales at SageHome Brands, where she leads call center activities across the brand. Jennifer joins SageHome Brands from Jacuzzi, bringing a wealth of inside sales experience from a nationally recognized brand.
Jennifer has nearly 20 years of leadership experience with organizations including Service Corporation International, Capital One, and Dell Financial Services. She champions core values and customer experience while building high-performing teams that drive revenue and strengthen company culture.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness, with a minor in Business, from Tulane University, where she is a board member for the Alumni Council.
Scott Stancliffe
General Manager, New Bath Today Northeast
Scott is the General Manager of New Bath Today Northeast. He started his career at CareFree in the installation department. In 2015 he took over as Operations Manager, where he started and developed the bath department until transitioning to his current role as GM. He brings over 25 years of construction, managerial and sales experience. Prior to working with CareFree Scott ran his own remodeling business.
