Aging-in-Place Leader Expands Into North Carolina, South Carolina & Massachusetts

 

ATLANTA, GA – SageHome, a leader in aging-in-place home services, has expanded its reach to North Carolina, South Carolina, and Massachusetts, and now serves 18 states throughout the Midwest, Southeast, and New England. In North and South Carolina, homeowners throughout those states will be able to receive walk-in bath and walk-in shower solutions under the Smart Bath brand. In Massachusetts, homeowners will have access to walk-in shower solutions under the Carefree Home Pros brand. These latest moves come on the heels of successful launches this year into Georgia (Smart Bath), Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, Northern Louisiana, and the Florida panhandle (New Bath Today).

SageHome is building a national solution for all seniors who wish to live independently at home. After partnering with Cairngorm Capital Partners in 2022, SageHome created its bath division by acquiring respected bathroom remodeling specialists New Bath Today, Midwest Bath, and CareFree Home Pros while also launching Smart Bath. SageHome also recently expanded its partnership with Kohler Co. in January which extended New Bath Today’s reach.

SageHome also recently expanded into Western Massachusetts under the CareFree Home Pros brand, offering bathroom remodeling solutions that include Jacuzzi bathtub, freestanding bathtub, and walk-in shower solutions as well as toilet, vanity, and flooring offerings.

These moves reflect SageHome’s mission of using strategic acquisitions and organic growth to build a national solution for all seniors who wish to remain independent in their homes. They allowed SageHome to generate a 70% year-on-year increase in revenues by the close of 2022. The company increased its headcount by 63% to meet this demand, adding 31 new installation crews and 43 new in-home design consultants. It also enhanced its employees’ benefits, advancing its goal to make SageHome the best employer in the Home Improvement sector.

SageHome combines professional design and installation teams to create a stylish, functional, and safe living space that allows seniors to remain independent in their homes. During the month of July, all of SageHome’s brands are offering promotions that allow homeowners to save $1,000 or more on a new walk-in shower or walk-in bath.
